What we collect

When you join our waitlist, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, desired move-in date, number of bedrooms needed, and a short message. That is the only information we collect through this site.

Why we collect it

We use waitlist details to contact you about future rental availability that may fit what you asked for. We do not sell your information.

How the form is handled

The waitlist form is processed by Netlify on our behalf so we can receive your submission. Netlify’s own privacy practices apply to that processing.

Applications and rent payments

Rental applications and rent payments are handled on Avail (including FastPay). Information you enter there is governed by Avail’s own privacy policy, not this one.

How to ask us to delete your information

Email or call us and ask to be removed from the waitlist. We will delete the waitlist details we have for you.
